Pascual Gomez, born in 1952 in Jalpa, Zacatecas, but a true Angelino at heart, a former welder, a great storyteller, always carrying a charming smile and a friend to all who crossed his path. Cooking was his passion but what he loved the most was seeing people enjoy his food. As he would always say “Echate un taco”. He will be greatly missed. His memory will live on in his daughters, his sons and many grandchildren and great grandchildren that will carry on his love of life, food and family. He found his everlasting freedom, February 16, 2025, surrounded by his daughters and close family.
