OBITUARY

Willie Leon Wagoner

June 23, 1943 - May 06, 2026

Mable Thelma Johnson (D-1984) gave birth to her last born male Star WILLIE “DUKE”
(later gave his name as “LEON”) WAGONER in Wynnewood, OK. Willie’s father
believed to be William Hezekiah “Willie” Wagoner (D-1975) was not his biological
father, born “BLACK” and without a birth certificate despite others born “white” with a
birth certificate in Wynnewood, State of Oklahoma and under the 14th Amendment of
the United States Constitution.
When Wynnewood, OK integrated its public schools in 1956 from its segregated
Lincoln High School (Elementary to 12th grade), Willie became aware of who his
biological father was and his name was Issac Wright (D- 1959).
While in high school, Willie played in the band, basketball and football. He attended
East Central University and became a father to (Princess) Marquetta Wagoner (Una
Nishetta Smith, Mother).
Willie moved to Denver where he became an agent for those needing help to promote
their careers.
While in Denver, he married Billie Ruth Scott Elbeck Wagoner (D 2010) and their Son,
(Prince) Jeffrey Leon Wagoner, was born. He was the father of (Princess) Letitia Lian
Wagoner (D-2020) born to Helen Tillman (D-2006).
After leaving Denver, Willie moved to Los Angeles County and continued representing
African African Stars in the entertainment industry until the industry became more
media and technical.
His daughter and son, grandchildren and great grandchildren are Amazing Stars
shining bright under the Sun and meetings the challenges of living in the 21st Century
in a positive way to help others.
Willie’s siblings Eliza M. Hervey Flood (D-2018), Deleslie Hervey (D-1990), Donald
Johnson (D-2001), Denzil Johnson (D-2017), Odessa Louise Wagoner (D 1968) and
Sisters, Thelma Mabel Wagoner and Scarlet Johnson Gordon LOVED our “Duke” very
much as well as his nieces, nephews, great and grandnieces and nephews.
Willie “Duke” “Leon” Wagoner (Wright), we will miss you, but will remember you as our
journey continue until death due we part but re-united
